That job is to run Citi, which has suffered under horrible management.  I think there are considerably more important duties at hand when your company has just this little, oh $6.5 billion write-down (might be closer to $11 billion), but at the rate the dollar is falling, whose counting?  I'm glad Rubin has time to spare, maybe he figures that ties with Hillary is good.  After all, what happens when Citi needs to the government to bail them out next time.
